This policy covers the Prop Firm Rule Checker — the web app, the Chrome/Edge browser extension, and (once available) the Android app, all referred to below as "the tool."
When you check a trade, the numbers you type in — firm, account balance, lot size, stop-loss, instrument, and any optional fields you fill in — are sent to our backend API to compute the GREEN/WARNING/RED verdict, then the result is sent back and shown to you. That's the entire round trip.
Standard web server logs (e.g. request timestamps, general error logs) may be retained briefly for debugging and abuse prevention, the same as almost any web service. The browser extension also keeps a small counter in your browser's local session storage to avoid showing the same prompt repeatedly — this never leaves your device.
The optional "upcoming news event" warning, when configured, calls an economic-calendar endpoint on Tradeaikya's main backend to check for high-impact news near your trade time. Only the instrument you entered (e.g. "EURUSD") is sent for that particular request — no account or risk numbers.
This is a free, standalone tool built by Tradeaikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., separate from the main Tradeaikya platform. For questions about this policy, reach out through Tradeaikya's official channels.
